We’re currently awaiting an update from the datacenter regarding server3’s inaccessibility. The system should be online momentarily once it returns online & we’ll have a fully detailed analysis posted here.

Given the systems’ instability we might be considering swapping it out for more recent & potent hardware & rearranging a few of the larger clients to minimize the likelihood of this occurrence.

Update: 6:00 PM EST
There is a problem with the remote ip addresses & their ability to ‘listen’ to incoming hits at the moment, it’s affecting all services on server3 but we’ll have it resolved soon. We’ve got someone from the dc as well as someone on this end investigating and digging in. The system came back online @ 6 PM EST and has been fully resolved.

Our intention is to order in a replacement server that will be shipped in this week. This one could have a number of faulty or potentially faulty parts & we don’t wish to add another maintenance window on top of the already painful downtime tonight. When life gives you lemons, order replacement servers!
