As of 11:25 AM EST on Saturday, server4 & server8 became unavailable along with a few other systems in the datacenter. We’re currently investigating and having the on-site folks take a peek. We’ll have more updates available momentarily.

A switch failed leaving segments of our network segments with high latency & some periods of instability for a short period of time. The issue should now be fully resolved and Murphy told me his law no longer applies. He’s pitying us as of late.

As of about 9:08 AM EST our network became unavailable on all systems. We’re currently awaiting an update from the datacenter as to the full cause and what changes are being made to rectify it in the future.
