This is just a reminder that all shared hosting systems & fully managed servers will be going down for a quick reboot at midnight, est. We’ll post any issues directly here if any arise.

Good evening folks,
We were doing some routine maintenance on server3 & adding some additional IP assignments and there was an error made which caused the system to become unavailable via the net, we’re performing a quick reboot to bring things back online & the system should be up by 10:40 PM EST.

We’re currently waiting for the system to powercycle after what seems to have been a hard crash, we’ll have additional updates as they become available. I do expect to have a full investigation completed on the issue within minutes of it coming back online.
These sporadic issues are most likely hardware related however if there’s another [...]
